Impulse Stock Wholesale Policy Agreement
Thank you for your interest in carrying Impulse Stock products. By placing a wholesale order, you agree
to the following terms and conditions.
Wholesale Eligibility
Impulse Stock sells exclusively to approved retail businesses. Impulse Stock reserves the right to
approve or decline wholesale orders at its discretion to maintain the integrity of its retail network.
Wholesale products are intended for resale in a retail environment only.
Product Assortments
Impulse Stock products are sold in pre-curated bundles.
Each bundle includes:
• 24 watches
• Men's, Women's, or Mixed assortments
• Retail-ready packaging
Styles may vary between shipments to ensure variety and freshness for retailers.
Minimum Order
Minimum wholesale order is one bundle (24 watches).
Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Retail Pricing Guidelines
To maintain brand value and healthy retail margins, retailers are encouraged to price watches within a
suggested retail range of $30–$40 per watch.
Marketplace Restrictions
Impulse Stock products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces such as:
• Amazon
• eBay
• Walmart Marketplace
• Similar online platforms
without prior written permission.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the wholesale nature of our products, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, retailers must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Approved
defective items will be replaced when possible.
Authorized Retailer Policy
Retailers purchasing from Impulse Stock agree to represent the products professionally and sell them
through approved retail channels.
Impulse Stock reserves the right to terminate wholesale relationships that violate these policies.
