How does approval work to purchase from Impulse Stock?

Our approval process is simple and designed to support legitimate resellers. To be approved, buyers typically meet at
least one of the following criteria:

• Business name with EIN
• Resale certificate or sales tax ID
• Existing retail store (physical or online)
• Physical retail location
• Kiosk or mall cart operation

Approval is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How do collections work?

Impulse Stock operates on a collection-based purchasing system.

• Buyers must first purchaseCollection 01
• After purchasing Collection 01, buyers unlock access toCollection 02
• Each collection contains a brand-new assortment of 24 unique watch designs
• Designs do not repeat across collections
• Continued purchasing unlocks access to future collections with new designs
This system ensures variety, freshness, and long-term value for retailers.

What purchase options are available?

24-Unit Assortment:24 unique designs available as all men’s, all women’s, or 12 men / 12 women.
48-Unit Assortment:2 of each design (same 24 designs) and save 3% compared to purchasing two 24-unit
assortments.

What brands do you work with?

We work with well-known and established brand names in the watch industry. All brands we carry are recognized for
their design, consistency, and market demand.

Are the watches brand new?

Yes. All watches are brand new, unused, and inspected before shipping. Each watch comes in a brand-new case,
making it retail-ready and gift-friendly.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

No. All watches are sold without a warranty, allowing us to keep pricing competitive.

What is your return policy?

Returns or replacements are accepted only if watches arrive damaged or broken. Issues must be reported within 48
hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Damage after use is not eligible.

Can I choose or swap specific designs?

No. All assortments are pre-selected. Designs cannot be swapped or customized.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. U.S. delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending
on location.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be changed or canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
